| 33. Formal Translation And the men divined his intent and hastened and seized upon it, saying, “Your brother, Ben-Hadad.” Then the king said, “Come and take him.” So Ben-Hadad came out to him, and he brought him up into the chariot. |
| 33. Dynamic Translation The men hurried to grasp his meaning and seized on his words, saying, “Your brother, Ben-Hadad!” The king then said, “Go and bring him here.” When Ben-Hadad came out, Ahab had him come up into the chariot. |
