The clause vedhadavar hazeh lo ukhal laasot {וְהַדָּבָ֣ר הַזֶּ֔ה לֹ֥א אוּכַ֖ל לַעֲשׂ֑וֹת | wə-ha-dā-ḇār ha-zzeh lōʾ ʾū-khal la-ʿă-śôt} ‘but this thing I am not able to do’ asserts inability.
