8. Formal Translation And his house, where he would reside, was built in another court set back from the hall, with workmanship like this. And the house that Solomon built for Pharaoh’s daughter, whom he had taken, was like this hall. |
8. Dynamic Translation Solomon’s residence, where he would live, stood in a separate courtyard behind the hall and was constructed in the same style. Solomon also built a house like this hall for Pharaoh’s daughter, whom he had married. |
