Exegesis

The Nifal participle nîmṣāʾ {נִמְצָ֖א | nîmṣāʾ} in bᵊ-ʾōṣrōtāw {בְּאוֹצְרוֹתָ֑יו | bᵊ-ʾōṣrōtāw} introduces a relative clause, and the double negative lō-hāyâ…lō-hērāʾêm {לֹא־הָיָ֣ה…לֹא־הֶרְאָ֧ם | lō-hāyâ…lō-hērāʾêm} is rendered “Nothing…was left unshown” (formal) and “There was not a single item…that he did not show them” (dynamic) to preserve Hebrew emphasis.
