| 11. Formal Translation And he removed the horses which the kings of Judah had given to the sun from the entrance of the house of the LORD {Yahweh, Sanctuary Purifier}, to the chamber of Netan-Melek, the official, which was in the precincts, and he burned the chariots of the sun with fire. |
| 11. Dynamic Translation He got rid of the horses that the kings of Judah had dedicated to the sun at the entrance to the LORD’s {Yahweh, Cultic Restorer} temple, by the room of Netan-Melek, the official, in the precincts. Then he burned the chariots of the sun with fire. |
