8. Formal Translation And the sons of Ammon went out and drew up for battle at the entrance of the gate, and the Arameans from Tsovah and Rechov and the men of Tob and Maakah were by themselves in the field. |
8. Dynamic Translation The Ammonites came out and lined up at the entrance of the city gate, while the Arameans from Tsovah and Rechov and the men of Tob and Maakah stayed apart in the open country. |
