The verbs vayitnem beit-mishmeret {וַיִּתְּנֵם בֵּית־מִשְׁמֶרֶת | va-yit-nem beit-mish-me-ret} and vayekhalkelem vaalehem lo-va {וַיְכַלְכְּלֵם וַאֲלֵיהֶם לֹא־בָא | va-ye-khal-ke-lem va-a-lei-hem lo-va} describe provision without intimacy.
