| 17. Formal Translation Thus the field of Ephron, which was in Machpelah, which was before Mamre, was established, including the field and the cave that was in it, and every tree that was in the field, which was within all its borders round about. |
| 17. Dynamic Translation So Ephron’s field at Machpelah near Mamre became officially deeded—the field itself, the cave on it, and every tree within the entire field, inside all its boundaries all around. |
