| 13. Formal Translation I {El, Covenant Reminder} am the God of Bethel, where you anointed a pillar, and where you vowed a vow to Me; now arise, go out from this land, and return to the land of your birth. |
| 13. Dynamic Translation I am the God {El, Faithful Guide} at Bethel, the place where you poured oil on a stone pillar and there made a promise to Me. Now get up, leave this country, and go back to your homeland. |
