And he arose and went; and behold, a man—an Ethiopian, a eunuch, a high official of Candace, queen of the Ethiopians—who was in charge of all her treasure, had come to Jerusalem to worship.

So he got up and went. There was an Ethiopian man, a eunuch—a high-ranking official serving Candace, the queen of the Ethiopians—who managed all her wealth, and he had traveled to Jerusalem to worship.
