A negative existential la-itai {לָֽא־אִיתַ֤י | lāʾ-ʾîṯay} ‘there is not’ precedes the noun anash {אֲנָשׁ֙ | ʾănāš} ‘a man’ with the locative al-yabeshta {עַל־יַבֶּשְׁתָּ֔א | ʿal-yabbēšṯāʾ} ‘on the earth’.
