Exegesis

The causal sequence kol-qevel dî {כָּל־קְבֵל דִּי | kol-qᵊḇēl dî} “because that” introduces the reason: kol ḥakkîmei {כָּל חַכִּימֵי | kol ḥakkîmē} “all the wise men” in construct with malkhûtî {מַלְכוּתִי | malkhûtî} “my kingdom” are negated by lā-yaḵlîn {לָא־יָכְלִין | lāyaḵlîn} “are not able.”

The conjunction dî {דִּי | dî} then introduces the ground for this confidence: ruaḥ ʾelāhîn qaddišîn bākh {רוּחַ אֱלָהִין קַדִּישִׁין בָּךְ | rûaḥ ʾĕlāhîn qaddišîn bāḵ} “spirit of holy gods in you.”
