Exegesis

The conjunction dî {דִּי | dî} then introduces the ground for this confidence: ruaḥ ʾelāhîn qaddišîn bākh {רוּחַ אֱלָהִין קַדִּישִׁין בָּךְ | rûaḥ ʾĕlāhîn qaddišîn bāḵ} “spirit of holy gods in you.”

Here ruaḥ {רוּחַ | rûaḥ} “spirit” governs the genitive ʾelāhîn {אֱלָהִין | ʾĕlāhîn} “gods,” modified by qaddišîn {קַדִּישִׁין | qaddišîn} “holy,” locating that divine “spirit” bākh {בָּךְ | bāḵ} “in you.” English moves to more explicit subject–predicate order and adds some repetition (“the interpretation,” “its meaning”) to reflect the Aramaic emphasis on the failure of human wisdom versus divinely empowered insight.
