The idiom ve-raah einekha {וְרָעָה עֵינְךָ | wə-rā·ʿāh ʿêyn·kā} ‘your eye is evil’ conveys grudging intent toward be-achikha haevyon {בְּאָחִיךָ הָאֶבְיוֹן | bə-ʾā·ḥî·ḵā hā·ʾe·ḇyōn} ‘your needy brother.’
