   ki-tish-MOR et-KOL-ha-mits-VAH ha-ZOT la-a-so-TAH a-SHER a-no-KHI me-tsa-VE-ka ha-YOM le-a-ha-VA et-ye-ho-VAH e-lo-HE-kha ve-la-LE-khet bid-ra-KHAV kol-ha-ya-MIM ve-ya-SAFTA le-KHA OD sha-LOSH a-REEM al ha-sha-LOSH ha-e-LEH

   if you carefully observe all this commandment this to do it which I command you today to love the LORD your God and to walk in his ways all the days then you shall add for you more three cities on these three ones

Exegesis

vav with yāspaṯā {וְיָסַפְתָּ | wə-yāspaṯā} marks the resultant addition, with lĕḵā ’ôḏ šālōš ’ărîm ʿal ha-šālōš hā-’êleh {לְךָ עוֹד שָׁלֹשׁ עָרִים עַל הַשָּׁלֹשׁ הָאֵלֶּה | ləḵā ’ôḏ šālōš ’ărîm ʿal-ha-šālōš hā-’êleh} specifying the enlargement of refuge cities.
