21. Formal Translation
When you make a vow to the LORD your God {Yahweh Eloheikha, Covenant Upholder}, you must not be slow to fulfill it, for the LORD your God will surely demand it from you, and it will be sin in you.
21. Dynamic Translation
If you vow to the LORD your God, do not delay fulfilling it, because the LORD your God {Yahweh Eloheikha, Demanding Judge} will demand it from you and it will be sin against you.
