| 21. Formal Translation When you make a vow to the LORD your God {Yahweh Eloheikha, Covenant Upholder}, you must not be slow to fulfill it, for the LORD your God will surely demand it from you, and it will be sin in you. |
| 21. Dynamic Translation If you vow to the LORD your God, do not delay fulfilling it, because the LORD your God {Yahweh Eloheikha, Demanding Judge} will demand it from you and it will be sin against you. |
