20. Formal Translation Also do not curse the king even in your thought; and do not curse the rich even in the chambers of your bed, for a bird of the heavens will carry the voice, and one who possesses wings will declare the matter. |
20. Dynamic Translation Even in your private thoughts, do not curse the king, and do not curse the wealthy in your bedroom, because a bird in the sky might carry your words and a winged messenger could make them known. |
