Ecclesiastes 4:1:1וְשַׁ֣בְתִּיveshavtiand I turned

1. Formal Translation
And I returned, I myself, and I saw all the oppressions that are done under the sun; and behold, the tears of the oppressed, and there is no comforter for them—and from the hand of their oppressors is power, but there is no comforter for them.
1. Dynamic Translation
So I turned and looked at all the oppression taking place under the sun. I saw the tears of those being crushed, but there was no one to comfort them. The oppressors held all the power, and there was no one to comfort them.
