3. Formal Translation Esther spoke again before the king, fell at his feet, wept, and begged him to set aside the evil plan of Haman the Agagite and the plot he had devised against the Jews. |
3. Dynamic Translation Once more Esther approached the king and spoke. She threw herself at his feet and wept, urgently pleading with him to stop the evil scheme of Haman the Agagite and the plan he had formed against the Jews. |
