| 13. Formal Translation This is the required contribution for each person registered: half a shekel by the sanctuary shekel of twenty gerahs, delivered as a consecrated offering to the LORD {Yahweh, Offerings Recipient}. |
| 13. Dynamic Translation Those counted in the census must pay a half-shekel tax measured by the sanctuary shekel of twenty gerahs. They are to present this half-shekel gift to the LORD {Yahweh, Honored Recipient}. |
