   and the wicked if turns back from all his sin his sins which he did and keeps all my statutes and does justice and righteousness living he shall live not he shall die

Exegesis

The verse opens with veharasha {וְהָרָשָׁע | wə-hā-rā-šāʿ} placing “the wicked” in focus, followed by ki {כִּי | kî} introducing a conditional clause.
