   and it will be for they will say to you about what you are groaning then you shall say because of a report for it is coming and will melt every heart and will become slack all hands and will grow faint every spirit and all knees will go water behold it is coming and it will happen or be fulfilled utterance of Lord LORD

Exegesis

The construction yōʼmərū ʼēlêkā {יֹאמְרוּ אֵלֶיךָ | yōʼmərū ʼēlêkā} ‘they will say to you’ frames the audience’s inquiry, and ʿal-māh {עַל־מָה | ʿal-māh} ‘concerning what’ is followed by the Niphal participle nĕʼănāḥ {נֶאֶנָּח | nĕʼănāḥ} ‘you groan’, an involuntary emotional response.
