Ezra 5:3:1בֵּהּ־זִמְנָא֩behzimnaat that time

3. Formal Translation
At that time, Tattenai, the governor of Beyond the River, and Shethar-Bozenai and their companions came to them and said, “Who has given you authority to build this house and to complete it?”
3. Dynamic Translation
During that period, Tattenai, governor of Trans-Euphrates, along with Shethar-Bozenai and their companions, approached them and asked, “Who gave you the right to rebuild this temple and complete this project?”
