Exegesis
The interjection hinneh {הִנֵּה | hin-nēh} appears twice to spotlight both the gift (natatti {נָתַתִּי | nā-tat-tî} ‘I have given’) and its intended result (hu-lakh {הוּא־לָךְ | hûʾ-lāḵ} ‘it is to you’).
The nominal clause hu-lakh kesut einayim {הוּא־לָךְ כְּסוּת עֵינַיִם | hûʾ-lāḵ kə-sût ʿê-na-yim} presents the gift as a symbolic honor-restoring “covering of the eyes.”
