The relative clause beginning with ʼăšer {אֲשֶׁר־ | ʼăšer} ’who’ contains two parallel negatives: yaḥšôbû {יַחְשֹׁבוּ | yaḥšôḇû} ’will not regard’ and yaḥpĕṣû {יַחְפְּצוּ | yaḥpĕṣû} ’will not delight’, each negated by lō {לֹא | lō} ’not’ and coordinated by wə-zāhāḇ {וְזָהָב | wə-zāhāḇ} ’and gold’.
