7. Formal Translation
The grass withers and the flower fades because the breath of the LORD {Yahweh, Sovereign Blower} has blown on it; surely the people are grass.
7. Dynamic Translation
Grass dries up and flowers fall when the LORD’s {Yahweh, Life Giver and Taker} wind blows on them; truly, people are like grass.
