The compound tivkeh-nafšî {תִבְכֶּה-נַפְשִׁי | tiv-keh-nap̄-shî} ‘my soul shall weep’ conveys inner grief, amplified by the causal mipnê gēwāh {מִפְּנֵי גֵוָה | mip-nê gē-wāh} ‘because of pride.’
