6. Formal Translation I paid attention and listened, but their words are not right; no one repents of his evil and says, “What have I done?” Each one runs after his own path, like a horse charging wildly into battle. |
6. Dynamic Translation I have listened attentively, but no one is speaking honestly; no one regrets what he has done, asking, “What have I done?” Each person simply goes his own course, charging into battle like a horse. |
