Jonah 3:10:1וַיַּ֤רְאvayarand he saw

10. Formal Translation
And God {Elohim, Just Observer} saw their deeds, that they turned back from their evil way, and He relented concerning the disaster, which He had spoken to do to them, and He did not do it.
10. Dynamic Translation
When God {Elohim, Merciful Responder} saw what they did, and how they turned from their evil path, He relented from the calamity He had said He would bring on them, and He did not carry it out.
