Judges 11:13:1וַיֹּאמֶר֩vayomerand he said

13. Formal Translation
And the king of the sons of Ammon said to the messengers of Jephthah, "Israel took my land when they came up from Egypt, from Arnon as far as the Jabbok and as far as the Jordan. Now return these places {artzi: my land, territorial claim} in peace."
13. Dynamic Translation
The king of Ammon told Jephthah's messengers, "Israel seized my land as they came up from Egypt, from the Arnon River to the Jabbok River and to the Jordan. Now give it back peacefully."
