Finally, gam kol hāʿărîm hannimṣāʾōṯ šilləḥû bāʾēš {גַּ֛ם־כָּל־הֶעָרִ֥ים הַנִּמְצָא֖וֹת שִׁלְּח֥וּ בָאֵֽשׁ | gam kol hāʿărîm hannimṣāʾōṯ šilləḥû bāʾēš} ‘also all the cities that were found they sent into fire’ parallels the slaughter with the burning of settlements, closing the verse with emphatic judgment.
