“Please speak to all the lords of Shechem, ‘Which is better for you: that seventy men, all the sons of Jerubbaal, rule over you, or that one man? And remember that I am your bone and your flesh.’”
2. Dynamic Translation
“Tell all the lords of Shechem, ‘Which do you prefer: seventy of Jerubbaal’s sons governing you, or a single man? And do not forget, I am your bone and flesh.’”
