3. Formal Translation The LORD {Yahweh, Patient Judge} is slow to anger and great in power, and He will certainly not acquit the guilty. His course lies in the whirlwind and the storm, and the clouds are the dust of His feet. |
3. Dynamic Translation The LORD {Yahweh, Powerful Commander} takes a long time before becoming angry and displays tremendous strength. He never lets the wicked go unpunished. He appears amid the whirlwind and the storm, and the clouds are like dust beneath His feet. |
