16. Formal Translation And from that day onward, half of my servants were engaged in the work, while the other half held the spears, the shields, the bows, and the body armors. And the officers stood behind all the house of Judah. |
16. Dynamic Translation From that day, half of my servants stayed at the work, and the rest stood guard with spears, shields, bows, and armor. The officers took up positions behind everyone from Judah. |
