Obadiah 1:5:1אִם־גַּנָּבִ֤יםimgannavimif thieves

5. Formal Translation
If thieves came upon you, if night raiders arrived—how you have been undone!—would they not take only what satisfied them? If grape-harvesters came to you, would they not leave gleanings?
5. Dynamic Translation
Suppose burglars showed up, even at night; they would steal only a limited amount. Suppose grape pickers came through; they would still leave some behind. How completely you have been cut down!
