Proverbs 26:7:1דַּלְי֣וּdalyuthey hang down

7. Formal Translation
The legs hang limp from the lame; so is a proverb in the mouth of fools.
7. Dynamic Translation
As legs do not help someone who cannot walk, so a proverb is wasted in the mouth of fools.
