| 13. Formal Translation The poor man and the oppressor meet together; the LORD {Yahweh, Universal Sovereign} gives light to the eyes of both. |
| 13. Dynamic Translation Those who are poor and those who cheat others cross paths, but the LORD {Yahweh, Giver of Insight} helps both to see. |
