15. Formal Translation If the foot were to say, “Because I am not a hand, I am not part of the body,” it is not, for this reason, any less a part of the body. |
15. Dynamic Translation Suppose the foot says, “Since I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body.” It would still be part of the body all the same. |
