17. Formal Translation Only as the Lord {Kyrios, Master and Caller} has allotted to each, and as God {Theos, Sovereign Caller} has called each, let him walk; and this is what I direct in all the churches. |
17. Dynamic Translation Rather, each person should live out the life the Lord {Kyrios, Life Director} has assigned, just as God {Theos, Personal Caller} has called them. This is the standard I set in every church. |
