36. Formal Translation But if anyone thinks he is behaving improperly toward his virgin, if she is past the prime and it must be so, let him do what he wills; he is not sinning—let them marry. |
36. Dynamic Translation If someone thinks he is acting improperly toward the woman he is pledged to, and if she has passed the customary marriage age and it ought to happen, he may do what he desires. He is not sinning; they should marry. |
