14. Formal Translation And he went after the man of God {Elohim, Divine Messenger} and found him sitting under the oak tree. He said to him, “Are you the man of God who came from Judah?” And he said, “I am.” |
14. Dynamic Translation So he followed the man of God {Elohim, God’s Representative} and found him sitting under the oak. He asked, “Are you the man of God who came from Judah?” “Yes, I am,” he replied. |
