   therefore behold, I am bringing evil or harm to the house of Jeroboam and I will cut off from Jeroboam one who urinates against a wall restrained and left behind or abandoned in Israel and I will burn away after the house of Jeroboam as burns the dung until its end

The sequence of vav-consecutive verbs and the placement of the simile underscore the inexorable and purifying nature of divine judgment.
