Exegesis

The closing clause vayhi kevoah vehi mitnakkerah {וִיהִ֣י כְבֹאָ֔הּ וְהִ֖יא מִתְנַכֵּרָֽה | wîhî • kə̆ḇōʼāh • wə-hîʼ • mitnakkērāh} links her entrance with intentional self-disguise via the hitpael stem.
