| 12. Formal Translation So Zimri destroyed all the house of Baasha, in keeping with the word of the LORD {Yahweh, Covenant Judge} that He had spoken to Baasha through Jehu the prophet. |
| 12. Dynamic Translation Zimri wiped out the entire family of Baasha, exactly as the LORD {Yahweh, Justice Enforcer} had announced through the prophet Jehu. |
