Exegesis

A contrasting vav vaani {וַאֲנִי | va-ʾa-nî} introduces the prophet’s own cohortative eeseh {אֶעֱשֶׂה | ʾe-ʿā-sēh} and venatati {וְנָתַתִּי | wə-nā-ṭa-tî}, paralleling the earlier commands.
