| 22. Formal Translation And the prophet approached the king of Israel and said to him, “Go, strengthen yourself, and be attentive to what you should do, for at the turning of the year the king of Aram will come up against you.” |
| 22. Dynamic Translation The prophet came to the king of Israel and said, “Go, strengthen yourself, be alert and see what you must do, because when the year comes around, the king of Aram will come up against you.” |
