Exegesis

The verse features two parallel oracles introduced by the speaking formula ve-dibarta {וְדִבַּרְתָּ | wə-dib-bā-r-tā} ‘and you shall speak’, each followed by the infinitive lemor {לֵאמֹר | lē-ʾā-mōr} ‘saying’ and the divine formula ko amar YHWH {כֹּה אָמַר יְהוָה | kōh ʾā-mar Yə-hō-wāh} ‘thus says the LORD’.
