The command piqdu-na {פִּקְדוּ־נָ֣א | piq-dû-nā’} ‘please muster’ (Qal imperative + entreaty) is immediately followed by ur'u {וּרְא֔וּ | u-rə-’û} ‘and see,’ creating a two-step imperative sequence.
