Exegesis
A relative clause with ʾă-šer {אֲשֶׁר | ʾă-šer} “who” and perfect ʿā-śāh {עָשָׂה | ʿā-śāh} describes his deed, hǎ-ye-šû-ʿāh ha-ge-ḏō-lāh ha-zōʾṯ bə-yis-rā-ʾēl {הַיְשׁוּעָה הַגְּדוֹלָה הַזֹּאת בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל | hǎ-ye-šû-ʿāh ha-ge-ḏō-lāh ha-zōʾṯ bə-yis-rā-ʾēl} “has accomplished this great deliverance in Israel.”
