Exegesis

A second interrogative ki-mi {כִּי־מִי | kî-mî} ‘for who is’ heightens the challenge against ha-plishti he-arel ha-zeh {הַפְּלִשְׁתִּי הֶעָרֵל הַזֶּה | happə-lîš-tî he-‘ā-rêl haz-zē} ‘this uncircumcised Philistine.’
